Where are you based?
Luxe & Humble is run from a home studio and workshop in a small town called Gowrie Junction about 10 minutes North West of Toowoomba, QLD.

Do you do all of the restoration, repair, upholstery, sewing & crafting in-house?
While we endeavour to undertake the majority of work ourselves, we recognise that we can't be the best at everything and our team is currently a team of two. With this in mind we have sourced specialist furniture restorers, manufacturers, upholsterers and sewers who will help us when we are overburdened or require specialist skills or equipment.

How long has Luxe & Humble been around?
Luxe & Humble was started by a mother & daughter duo, Teresa & Clare, in 2013. They built a stellar reputation for providing a quality products and service. At the start of 2022 we, Kate & Barry, purchased Luxe & Humble and we have worked hard to maintain the great service & quality to which our customers have become accustomed.

I am based outside of Queensland. Can you still help me?
We sure can!
Whether you require a styling service or a piece upholstered we can certainly help! Leveraging modern technology and video conferencing we can offer services to just about anyone. There may be additional fees associated with the shipping of furniture purchases to areas further away - however, we believe that the quality, uniqueness and value of our products warrant the extra shipping.
