*  Free Shipping Australia-wide applies when you spend over $199. Flat Rate Shipping Australia-wide applies when you spend under $199. Free & Flat Rate Shipping excludes all Furniture, Bulky Items and Fabric. 

*Orders are generally sent via Australia Post however we may choose a different courier depending on the size/weight and destination of the purchase.

*Please note that all care is taken when packaging your order, however due to the old and fragile nature of some of our pieces, no liability is taken by Luxe and Humble in the event that your piece is broken in transit. We do recommend that all fragile pieces be collected directly from Werribee, Victoria, Australia.

* Shipping of furniture will be quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our team via our contact page or email: hello@luxeandhumble.com.au with the name of the piece of furniture and your delivery address. We will then provide a quote. Alternatively, you can arrange to pick up from Werribee, VIC, Australia. 

* Orders are dispatched within 3 business days from receipt of order.

* A tracking number and tracking information will be emailed to you when the order has been dispatched.

• Please ensure shipping details are correct as once the order is processed we are unable to make changes to the order. If you realise your submitted shipping details are incorrect, please advise us ASAP of the correct address.
